The breakdown is as follows:

  • Asia Pacific Zone – Australia, Cambodia, China, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Micronesia, New Zealand, Philippines, Russia, Saipan, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam.

  • European Zone – Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Hungry, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
