Individuals wanting to utilize the logo for use on items that will be resold can utilize the logo for a charge and a royalty fee. An individual or league representative must fill out and return the nonexclusive license paperwork to Madison Noschese (m.noschese@pony.org) who will process and send out logos for use. This must be renewed yearly to stay legal with trademark laws.
