East Zone (Bill and Edi Anderson Scholarship)
Jessica Mullen
Jessica Mullen is the East Zone recipient. Mullen graduated Salutatorian from her John Dickson High School in Wilmington, Delaware. She was a two-sport athlete in high school, earning a leadership position and honors in volleyball and softball. Mullen was also named the U.S. Marine Corps outstanding athlete. During her high school career, she was a member of the National Honor Society, Student Government, and the John Dickson High School yearbook staff. She also spent time working with the Special Olympics, the Blood Bank, and the Polar Bear Plunge. Mullen was awarded first place in the Wilmington News Journal Essay Contest and the Wilmington Urban League Titan Competition.  In the fall, she will be attending Wellesley College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.

North Zone
Kevin Stocks
The North Zone recipient is Kevin Stocks. Stocks is a graduate of Bloomington High School in Bloomington, Illinois. He has participated in PONY sanctioned leagues since Shetland and through Palomino. Stocks was a member of the Bloomington High School baseball and golf teams. He was named a Senior Scholar Athlete. He was a member of the National Honor Society, an Illinois State Scholar, President of the Investment Club, and in the top 1% of the National Financial Literacy Challenge. Stocks is also a baseball umpire. He will be attending Millikin University in the fall, located in Decatur, Illinois.

Mitchell Lewis
Mitchell Lewis is the recipient for the West Zone. Lewis graduated from Saugus High School in Santa Clarita, California. He was a member of the Saugus High School baseball team and also of the William S. Hart League Colt team. Lewis also coached the Pony team in the William S. Hart League. He participated as a volunteer at Hart Canteen and Lakeside Golf Club, and was a member of the Saugus Associated Student Body. In the fall, Lewis will be attending Boise State University, located in Boise, Idaho.
