PONY Baseball and Softball has a nonexclusive license available for the use of it's names, logos, and registered wordmarks (the "Licensed Marks") on or in association with photographs ("Licensed Products") in connection with the photography of PONY tournaments.
Licensee is authorized to produce Licensed Products for sale both physically or digitally. No other use of the Licensed Marks is authorized. An administration fee is due upon execution of this agreement for the level of tournament as follows: District - $25.00, Section - $50.00, Region - $75.00, Super Region - $100.00, Zone - $125.00, World Series - $200.00. A royalty of 5% must be paid on all products bearing the “Licensed Marks” that are resold. If the product sold does not bear our licensed marks, then no royalty is due. This fee is due PER TOURNAMENT PHOTOGRAPHED.
EXECUTING THIS LICENSE IN NO WAY GUARANTEES ACCESS TO THE TOURNAMENT FOR PHOTOGRAPHY PURPOSES. YOU MUST GET PERMISSION FROM THE TOURNAMENT ORGANIZERS AND PONY TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR PRIOR TO PURCHASING THIS LICENSE TO MAKE SURE YOU CAN ACCESS THE FIELD FOR PHOTOGRAPHIC PURPOSES.
