During the 2022 PONY International Board of Directors meeting, a decision was reached to change the date for determining player eligibility from August 31 to April 30. The rule change will take effect immediately. This decision was reached after careful consideration of input from leagues, parents, coaches and other sources important in the decision-making process.

Find the birth year and month of the player.  Look at the cell in the second to the last column in that row for the players League Age and last column in that row for the league age programs the player can legally participate in.  Please note that it is the leagues choice if they use our normal two year graduated program or participate in our "And Under" program to allow a player to play up a league age.  Also note that in Palomino 19U™ only 3 players of league age 19 are allowed.
